Southeastern Refractory has branched out and joined the ranks of furnace engineers. Using 3D modeling software and an infusion of new blood, Southeastern Refractory has been able to pair new ideas with our 30 years of furnace experience to create exiting new projects.

200,000 LB Reverb Furnace

Southeastern Refractory was given the opportunity to design a 200,000 LB capacity reverb melting furnace. We were able to design the steel shell, refractory lining, door lifting mechanism, and the exhaust flue.

Baghouse Module

Southeastern Refractory is in the process of designing a baghouse model for a customer. This baghouse module can be used to filter exhaust air from any process. This module is designed to operate at 60,000 CFM. With our engineering department we can design a module to meet your specific baghouse needs.

60,000 LB Rotary Furnace

Southeastern Refractory was awarded a contract to design and build a new 60,000 LB capacity rotary furnace. Southeastern Refractory was able to design the steel shell, refractory lining, furnace frame, and drive system for this furnace.
